Hospital Payment Policy
We require payment in full at the time services/treatments are performed. Payment in full is required for new clients for the following procedures: hospital procedures/treatments, surgery/dentals, emergencies, and boarding.
We provide estimates for recommended services/treatments; estimates can change due to variables during treatment - the condition of the pet, the treatment being performed, and the length of stay. (Most estimates are for 1 day of service).
We do not accept checks. We accept cash, debit cards, and all major credit cards (AMEX/Discover/MC/Visa). In addition, we accept CareCredit cards, which offer interest-deferred payments or monthly payments provided you have been approved through a CareCredit application, as well as ScratchPay, which is a loan similar to Afterpay in which you choose the frequency of your payments.
